Too often we find ourselves drained without the stamina to keep going at our normal pace. The tendency can slowly shift into being hard on yourself, and to express anger because you’re losing steam.
This is just a simple reminder to practice moments of gratitude. Focus on the present moment and be grateful. Find a moment to create beauty, whether that’s lighting a candle, or gardening, or picking up your home. Then step back and admire the little beauty created, the inch closer you’ve just come towards manifesting a beautiful peace for yourself and for your soul.
